Ordered from their website, never shipped and they won't reply to emails

I placed an order on www.thepinesisters.com and my money was taken, but the order has never shipped. They sent one email to confirm my order number, 1021, and that was it. After that, nothing.

I've sent several more emails asking for a tracking number or even just a phone number I could call. I asked for their location. They are not responding to me at all now. I don't think they have a real store in Bend, Oregon like they say. There's no phone number listed anywhere.

I'm out $107 and very frustrated. I'm going to do a chargeback with my credit card. I want them reported so this doesn't happen to someone else.
