Ordered stuffed bunnies, got overcharged and then blocked

I placed an order on thepinkgalaxy.com for two stuffed bunnies. They charged my card, but it was more than it was supposed to be. The product never showed up.

I tried to reach out about a refund. I emailed [email protected]. They just told me to wait for my order. After that, I couldn't contact them at all. It's like they blocked me from getting in touch. I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it.
