Ordered a cashmere sweater from The United Gentlemen and got polyester instead

I ordered a 100% cashmere sweater from The United Gentlemen on April 23, 2026. Their website said they were based in the Netherlands. The sweater came on May 26, 2026 and it was shipped from China.

When I opened it the label said 100% polyester. It didn't fit right either. I paid $61.95 for it. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Their website is theunitedgentlemen.com. Just felt like a total waste of money.
