I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me other than the fact that their response came off quite rudely. I would like to state as well that I regularly check my junk folder as I order items online often. I never received an email on November 1459th and never heard from this business until I emailed on 11/23/15 to which I responded several times and requested a refund. This company did not attempt to contact me until I had submitted my complaint to the Revdex.com. They also did not say anything about the false advertising on advertising their product as hand made here in the US. I have now been issued my refund and will notify my bank to stop any claims against this business.
