Charged for a different service after ordering online

I was on this website and it looked totally real. I was even scrolling through other stuff they had. After I put my items in my cart and put in my credit card, the confirmation came through for a completely different service. I called my credit card company right away to dispute it, and I called the merchant too. They told me it was cancelled. But I just saw, months later now, that the recurring charges never stopped. They took $348.
