Bought a wool sweater but got a polyester fake with no tags

I ordered from that website thebennettsisters-bozeman.com. It took weeks to even get the thing. When it finally showed up I was so excited but then I opened it and it’s not wool at all. It’s some cheap polyester material with a print that looks like wool. No tags on it anywhere.

I tried sending it back. I emailed them. Nothing. Zero response. I even tried to dispute it with my bank but they said no. So I’m out 121.32 dollars. Just gone. I feel really stupid honestly. I will never buy from a site I don’t know again.
