Charged for a subscription I never agreed to and they won't refund

I downloaded TheFabulous.co app back in September just to look at it. I never agreed to any subscription. But they've been charging me a crazy amount ever since, all the way up to $166.36.

I emailed them to cancel and get a refund, especially since I haven't even been logging into their service. They're refusing to give any money back. The subscription doesn't show up in the Apple or Google store—they said it's a "web based subscription" so it just went under the radar.

The worst part is they target people with ADHD on social media and then take full advantage. It feels really wrong.
