Bracelet never arrived and seller disappeared from Etsy

I ordered a gold bracelet from this shop on Etsy and they charged my PayPal. The tracking number kept getting delayed and bouncing around, like it went to PR and other places when it was supposed to ship from Texas to California. Then it just showed "missing."

I messaged the seller and got a text from someone named "Allison" who sounded like a bot. She said she would check on it and get back to me in 48 hours. That never happened. Now the chat page on their site is just gone.

I've bought jewelry on Etsy before with no issues but this one I didn't check close enough. I should have been more careful. There's a bunch of these scam jewelry shops on Etsy claiming to be from Texas. They just string you along until you figure it out. Lost $891.86 on this.
