Ordered leather bags, got fake items from overseas

I ordered two bags from theleatherfarm.com, supposed to be genuine high quality leather for $350. What showed up was completely different. They were smaller and fake, just wrapped in saran wrap with no real packaging or tags. It looked like they were stolen or something. The package came from somewhere like Pakistan or India, definitely not from Wyoming like their site said.

I didn't even open them and tried to return them the same day they arrived. But they have no phone number. They just gave me the run around for 15 days straight. Then they finally told me they have a 15-day return policy and it was too late. My money is just gone.
