Ordered a hardcover book but only got a download link

I ordered what was supposed to be a hardcover book from thetopbok.com on February 15th. I paid with my credit card. Right after, the receipt showed up with a link for a download. That's not what I ordered at all. I specifically picked the "Hardcover" option.

So I emailed the contact address right away. They wrote back asking for my order info and said, "Once we receive your request, we will process a full refund within 24 hours." I sent them everything. Then I got another email almost right after that. This one said there must be some confusion, that I ordered an eBook, which I clearly did not. And then they said they can't do returns or refunds because all sales are final.

It feels like a total bait and switch. I looked the site up and found a bunch of reviews on Trustpilot from people who had the exact same problem—ordering a hard copy and just getting a digital link. Don't order from them if you want a real book.
