Ordered through Tic Toc, got fake tracking and no refund

I ordered through Tic Toc. The vendor from there gave me fake tracking info that took more than 30 days to even show anything. Then it said the items were delivered, but they never were. I'm out $51.80.

I've asked for a refund three times now. Nothing. I even emailed them at [email protected]. It's been over 60 days since this all started and I still have nothing.

I figured out this is just a scam. The tracking was fake from the start and they never sent my order.
