Charged almost triple for Tuacahn tickets with no seat info

Back in January I bought tickets to Tuacahn amphitheater without realizing it was through a third party vendor, Ticketsonsale.com. I only just found out months later that I didn't buy them from the actual Tuacahn website. They charged me almost three times what the tickets actually sell for on the real site.

I never got any seat information, and there was no specific info on when I'd even receive the tickets. I'd really like to get my money back if that's possible. But if not, I at least want to help other people avoid making the same mistake I did.
