Bought something on TikTok and now they keep lying about delivery

I made a purchase through TikTok using my PayPal account like I’ve done before for other things. I’ve been waiting since Apr 6 for my order. I keep reaching out to the company for updates and every time they respond it’s a huge run-around.

First they told me my package was being processed, then they said it was delivered and I wasn’t home to get it. Then they said it would be redelivered but there was a mix-up with the delivery company and they had to change locations. Now it’s saying there’s a back-log. I’ve emailed them several more times and they’re still not giving me an update. I’m not getting my package or any help on how to contact the delivery company.
