Bought boneless chairs on TikTok and never got them

I saw this ad on TikTok for boneless chairs from Lumen Furniture. So I bought them, it was like 63 bucks. Never got anything.

I reached out to TikTok and they said they’re not responsible because it’s a third-party seller. That just doesn’t make sense. They let this stuff happen on their platform. It’s a scam and I think it’s sad they keep letting people get ripped off.

I’m not buying anything from TikTok again. Feels like they’re all fraudulent.
