Ordered pants on TikTok but never got them and got charged twice

I ordered some pants off TikTok. Never got any tracking or the order itself. Then I saw I got charged twice, once from something called pickena and again from reformo. I only ordered once. No idea what happened. Lost about 55 cents I think but still annoying. Emailed [email protected] and nothing back.
