Ordered something on TikTok shop and never got it

I ordered something off TikTok shop and they charged me 69.99 for it. I never got the item. I tried to figure out what happened but nobody got back to me. I just want my money back because I paid for something that never showed up. It's been a little while now and nothing. The seller is in Lafayette, LA but I don't even know who they really are.
