Paid over $2000 for a puppy and then they stopped replying

I was trying to buy a Yorkshire terrier on Facebook from a page called Tiny Yorkie Royals. I sent a $150 deposit to the owner. Then they said to use Streamline transport for shipping. That company, which used the email [email protected], asked me for $600 to rent a crate and then another $1500 for pet insurance. They told me that was everything and I'd get my puppy.

So I paid all of it, which was $2100 total. But right after that, they came back and said I needed another $800 for a "Waybill for freight." I said no, I'm not paying more. As soon as I refused, they just stopped talking to me completely. The phone number they used was (237) 682-3047. Now I'm out the money and there's no puppy.
