Messages about my file from Todd Steele with no company name

I’ve been getting multiple messages from this name Todd Steele and the number (773) 915-6154. They keep talking about my “file” but won’t say what company they’re with. The last one I got before I called said “File Closing....Respond today to retain control over the outcome”.

So I called the callback number they gave in the messages which is 855-521-5571. Some guy answered who I think was Todd. He started trying to get personal info out of me and when I wouldn’t give anything too personal he got real aggressive. I didn’t give him anything and hung up. No company name anywhere in the messages or on the call.
