Ordered Tokout Pro and workout mat months ago, never got it

I placed my order for the Tokout pro and workout mat back in November. It was $798. I figured it was coming from China so I waited a while before contacting them.

Jessica finally responded once and just said it was delayed. The worst part is the so-called owner James keeps sending out these cheery motivational emails about how to use the product better—but they never sent the product or refunded my money.

Totally a scam. I haven’t seen them on social media at all, so they must have been caught. Their website is still up though, so they’re still taking people’s money.
