Ordered an item from Tooubuy and got a counterfeit product

I placed an order on Tooubuy.com, order number TOO1****. The order date was March 24, 2026. I paid a total of $48.96. This was for a device described as "[Power on and use, free for life] Support 10 devices to connect at the same time."

I got a shipment update email with a USPS tracking number. But when the item arrived, it was a counterfeit product. It wasn't what was advertised at all.

The website is tooubuy.com and the contact email is [email protected]. They list an address in Philadelphia, PA. I lost my money and got a fake item.
