Bought a machine part online and never got it

I purchased a machine part from Top Equipment Spares and I never received it. I reported it as fraud to my credit card company, but they told me Top Equipment Spares was a business and it wasn't considered fraud. Their website only has an email for contact, and it's an invalid email address. I lost $148.08.
