They never paid me after I finished the work for them.

I did a job for Top Stone Concrete. The service was done and completed. They failed to pay me. I'm out $6500. The whole thing just doesn't make sense. I tried contacting them. The phone number I have is (308) 270-8584 and an address in Garden City, KS 67846. No one gets back to me. The money is just gone.
