TikTok ad for cheap shirts turned into a delivery scam

I saw an ad on TikTok for 12 shirts for $24 so I bought them. After 15 days I still hadn't gotten anything so I reached out. They said they would give me 20% off and the shirts should be coming soon. I never got that 20% discount.

Then after 30 days I finally got a tracking update on 5/13/2026 at 5:15am saying the items were delivered that same day at 18:50. I don't see how something can be delivered in the future like that. I emailed them saying I didn't get anything and they told me to check with my neighbors. My sister in law bought the same shirts and she got the same email about delivery but nothing showed up either.

First they offered me 60% refund I said that's not enough. Then they said 90% I told them no this is a scam I want all my money back. Now they claim they will issue a refund but it takes 15-30 days. I already filed a fraudulent claim with my bank but I'm not sure if I'll get my money back.
