They keep trying to charge me after I canceled twice

I used this software company, Total Block Denmed.GR, for a while. I requested a cancellation two different times. I even have screen shots of both requests to prove it.

But they keep trying to charge my account. My credit union has been blocking the charge every time they try it.

I just need help to make them stop trying to take money. Please, can you get them to stop the charges?
