Ordered an Easter calendar in March and still nothing by May

I bought the Needoh Easter Advent calendar back in March and it is now May and I still haven’t got it. They sent me a tracking number but it never tracked anything. Just sat there.

They offered me 10% back so I wouldn’t have to ship back a product I never even got. Makes no sense. Complete scam company. Their website is toyvault.us and the email they used was [email protected]. Phone number they gave is (336) 328-7133. I lost $35.99.
