Ordered a part from this company and got ripped off

I purchased a part from this company and got screwed. The website is https://www.tractormowerparts.com. I paid them $18 and never got what I ordered. It was an online purchase. I just wanted a part and they took my money. No part ever showed up. I tried to figure out what happened but nothing. Just a waste of time and money.
