this company took $600.00 of my money also. I signed up in jan of 2014 and they promised to a $11,300 trade line to my credit report. it never happened. I called every month and they always had an excuse. now everytime I call, the department that processes the refund is never there. they always say someone will call you back but they never do...!!!
