Kept asking for more money for a puppy transport

My wife and I were trying to adopt a puppy. We talked with a so-called breeder for about nine months and finally decided to go ahead with it. They said they were using a courier service to get the puppy to us, which was Transport Pro Logistics.

But then Transport Pro Logistics just kept coming up with different reasons they needed more money for the transport. Every time we turned around there was another fee or charge. We ended up paying over $1000 and we never got the puppy or anything. It was just excuse after excuse to send more money.
