Won prizes at a travel presentation but never received anything

I got a mailer saying I won one of four prizes if we went to a presentation. So my husband and I went to this travel presentation in Brick, NJ on November 13th, 2025. We didn't buy anything, but the mailer and the certificate they gave us said we were still supposed to get the four gifts.

I registered on the travelexpogift.com website like I was told. They said I'd get a certificate in four to six weeks. I sent a follow-up email using the confirmation I had. When I still hadn't heard anything after eight weeks, I sent another message. Now I'm not getting any replies at all.

I really doubt I'm ever going to get that 7-night cruise with airfare they offered, or even the $200 certificate.
