Ordered GLP-1 from Trim RX and never heard back after May 11

I ordered from Trim RX because they said I would get a GLP one shipped in 48 hours. That was back on May 11 and now it is May 31. I still have not heard from them at all.

I have tried emailing them, calling them, and even using their own portal to cancel the order. No one has answered anything. I lost $1438.50 on this.
