Hired Alex Porras to build a guest house and he vanished with our money

We hired Trimelogic / Alex Porras to build us a guest house on our property in Loganville Ga. Gave Alex Porras two checks totaling $64350.00, a $5000 check and a $59350. As soon as the checks cleared Trimelogic / Alex Porras vanished with our money. Doesn't answer Phone, texts, or email. This has been since January 21st 2026.

We tried reaching him at (954) 383-9019 and his website homeadvisers. Nothing. Also tried emailing [email protected]. The address he gave us is 4217 Brentwood Dr, Buford, GA 30518. We just want our money back or the work done.
