Ordered cutting mix with free cream but they charged me anyway
I ordered Trimtaste cutting mix on March 31, 2026. It said free cream with it. But they charged me for the cream anyway. I emailed them and a lady wrote back saying that’s what I ordered. So I sent her a screenshot showing the cream was free but they still charged me. They are quick to take your money but not fix the problem.
Then two weeks later they took another $48.69 for the cutting mix. I never even got the first one. Now it’s April 20th and nobody is emailing me back. They took their address and phone number off the website so there is no way to contact anyone. I think I’m going to get my attorney involved so I can get my money back.

Charged for a subscription and product I never received
I bought something from Trimtaste for $26.30 back on March 25th. Then they just charged me another $47.74 for some subscription I never signed up for. I never even got the product I ordered in the first place.
Now I'm stuck in a dispute with my credit union over these charges. I got an email from someone named Kayla who said she was sorry. She said she'd send the product but wouldn't give a refund. She told me they charge for the subscription to make sure you get 4 to 6 weeks of continuous use. But what if I don't even like the product? This whole thing doesn't make any sense.
