Ordered from a website and never got my items

I placed an order on April 14, 2026. On April 22 I emailed them asking for an update. They sent me a USPS tracking number but it just said the label was created, nothing ever shipped.

I sent another email on May 5 asking what was going on. No reply. Then I sent a third one on May 14, a whole month after I paid. Still nothing.

I called the number on my order confirmation on May 20 and left a voicemail. Nobody called me back. I lost $145.65. I had to file a dispute with Zip since that's how I paid. They have an investigation open but I don't think I'm getting my money back.
