Signed up once and they kept charging my card every month

I bought something from Truehealthic one time and then they just started charging my credit card $49.99 every month. I didn't sign up for any monthly thing, it just started happening automatically. Took me a while to even figure out how to try and cancel it.

When I finally called the number to dispute it and ask for a refund, they just hung up on me. No explanation, nothing. So now I'm out $399.96 and they won't even talk to me about it. Their website is Truehealthic.com and they're out of Saint Petersburg, FL.
