Bought something from a website and never got it

I ordered from their site truststeadfast.com and paid $219. I never got the item. I asked them for a refund a few times and they keep saying no because it’s not their fault, it’s the shipping company they picked. I don’t know why that’s my problem.

They emailed me back from [email protected] and just kept saying the same thing. No refund. I just want my money back.
