Ordered a CO monitor from TrustSteadfast that doesn't work as advertised
The thing doesn't do what they said at all. It's no different and it was very expensive. It was supposed to be from a US company but it shipped from China. Their website, truststeadfast.com, says there's a 90 day money back guarantee. So I asked for a refund.
They refused. They said they'd only give me 20% back. That was never mentioned anywhere on the site. They're just refusing to refund my order even though the product isn't what they advertised. I emailed [email protected] but got nowhere. I lost my money.
