Try Aviv won’t let me cancel and keeps charging me

I bought from Try Aviv because they say it’s organic. But there’s no company info on their website at all. And the product ships from China. So you make a purchase and then you’re automatically put on a monthly subscription. I tried to cancel and they first asked would I like to skip. I said No. Then they asked how about pause. I said No. Then nothing. No response after that and they didn’t cancel my subscription. Instead they tried to charge me another month. There’s no way for a customer to cancel on their own. You have to go through their support email but when you say no to skip or pause nothing actually happens.
