Ordered hair oil from Facebook ad, got charged double

I ordered Azure Bontical oil for hair growth from a Facebook ad. It was supposed to be $70.00 for a three month supply, that was four bottles. There was no instructions on how to use the product. I went on another page to get instructions. I called them and said I could not use it because I can not wash my hair 2-3 times a week and I'm returning the product. They so far have taken $144.99 dollars out from my credit card and it was only suppose to be $70.00. The product has been returned with no refund and they took additional money out of $74.99.
