Charged me again and sent a second order I never asked for

I ordered something from Try Evervision. Before it even got here, I looked into it more and decided I didn't want it. Their site says 100% guarantee. I contacted them for a refund and they told me I'd have to pay to send it back. They offered me 40% back instead. I just took the refund because I didn't want to deal with them.

Then they turned around and charged my debit card again. They sent a second shipment I did not authorize. The package came from an address in Monrovia, CA. Now I have to replace my debit card. They aren't responding to my emails either. I'm out the money.
