Ordered pink product got something else and kept charging my card

I ordered the pink product from their website tryher.com and they sent me a completely different thing. Not what I described at all. Then they just kept charging my card for more stuff I never got.

I never received the original product I wanted. They sent me something else and I still got charged the $29.95. I tried to add more pictures to show what happened but the site won't let me upload them. Their email is [email protected].
