Ordered something from a website and never got it

I ordered from their website tryher.com and paid $33.00. They gave me a tracking number but the product never showed up. I contacted their customer service and they updated the tracking but still nothing came.

Then I asked for a refund and they just ignored me. Would not give my money back. The address they have is 401 East Jackson Street Suite 2340, Tampa, FL 33602. I never got what I paid for.
