Ordered a bag online, never got it, and they kept charging me.
I ordered a bag from tryklyra.com a couple months ago. It never showed up. I never got the bag.
On top of that, they kept taking money from my account after the first charge. These were recurring charges I never authorized. I tried contacting them for information or just to get a refund. I used the phone number I had, (855) 555-5555. No one ever responded to me.
I’m out about $75 total. They took the money and just disappeared. No bag, no replies, nothing.

Charged an extra $40 without permission after purse order
I saw an ad on Facebook for a BOGO sale on purses from Tryklyra.com. I ordered two for a total of $30. Less than a week later, they took another $39.99 from my card. I never authorized that charge.
Now the tracking link they gave me says it's expired. I've emailed their support address several several times and get absolutely no response back. There's no phone number to call either. It looks like this company does this to a lot of people.
My bank hasn't been any help with the dispute. So it feels like that $69.99 is just stolen. I reported the ads to Facebook but they're still up. Don't trust those Facebook ads.
