Paid for a product and got no email or response

I paid $69.88 for a product on Tryoutplus on March 22, 2026. Their email is [email protected]. They said they would send an email when they shipped it.

I haven’t received any email from them. I sent two emails asking if my product was sent and I got no response. Nothing.
