Ordered from Trypure over three weeks ago, item never shipped

I ordered an item from Trypure on March 4th. Their website said it ships in 3-5 days and arrives in 7-15. It even said it would ship the next day. It's now March 26th and there's been no movement at all.

I've gotten multiple emails from them saying it's shipping soon, but it never does. I finally emailed [email protected] about it and haven't gotten a reply in six days. They used to answer quickly.

I'm out $139.97 and have nothing to show for it.
