Ordered from Facebook ad and got fake tracking number

I bought something from this company I found on Facebook. The website is trypurebloomm.com or something like that. I paid $100 and they gave me a tracking number but it doesn't go anywhere real.

I've emailed them at [email protected] a few times now and they just send another fake tracking number each time. Can't find them on Shopify either even though they said they were there. No phone number that works and the address just says CA, USA. I don't know what else to do at this point.
