Charged again after I cancelled my subscription

I ordered supplements from trysaphire.com because their site says everything ships from the US. I kept an eye on the tracking and it was actually coming from China. They never mention that anywhere.

I contacted them about it and they said I could cancel my subscription. I asked them to cancel it and to return the first order. Then the next month, they charged me again for another order. They just processed it even though I cancelled.

I’ve tried emailing them multiple times at [email protected] and I get nothing back. No reply. They took over a hundred dollars and just stopped talking.
