Charged monthly for face cream subscription I never signed up for

I ordered some face cream. Then I got signed up for a subscription without my knowledge. I never signed up for that. I only noticed when I saw repeated money was being taken out of my account monthly. The money came out multiple times.

The only contact they have is an email. I reached out to them. They said I must be confused and that I could just go to the site and cancel it. I tried to do that. Every time I hit the cancel button on their site, which is through Shopify, I got an error message.

I emailed the company to tell them this. I've gotten no response. I've emailed several times. Now I have to cancel my card so I won't get another charge next month.
