Ordered a Christmas gift and never got it after being charged

I ordered a Compression Back Mat as a Christmas gift and was charged. But I never received the order. They told me my payment was not cleared in their system. But the charge was completed on my credit card. I’ve written many emails and as of lately have not received any responses.
