Ordered something online and it never came, can't reach anyone

I ordered something through the shop tryzeria.com and never got it. The tracking shows it's just sitting in Iowa and hasn't moved. I've sent several emails to [email protected] and got no reply. The phone number, (510) 229-3974, is just an automated message, no one ever picks up. The money came out of my account, $89.95, and I have nothing to show for it. It feels like a complete scam.
