Monthly charge I can’t stop keeps bouncing my account

I keep getting a reoccurring charge on my bank account. I tried contacting them and Paypal and even reported the company but it gets denied every time.

They take out money every month and since there aren’t enough funds in my account it bounces. So now I’m getting hit with fees from the bank too. The phone number they use is 1(517) 605-0222 and the email is [email protected]. I’ve lost about $262.96 from this.

No one will help me stop it.
